I have been using this cleaner for 1 year. They recently ruined a shirt trying to remove a stain. I cant fault the lady for trying to do a good job. She didn't do it on purpose. I settled for a store credit. I would rate them higher, but I think they should know how to test a remover on a fabric before using it and ruining an expensive piece of clothing. I am happy with their work and recommend them.
I take my dress clothes there when needed and they do an amazing job! The clothes come out so well pressed and they even do alterations now! Highly recommended!
