I’ve had one of the best employee encounters here of my life. This was about a month ago. I’m a stay at home mom with 4 kids, and I’m really short on money right now. I came through the drive thru and I ordered some stuff for me and my kids, and my total was around 19 dollars. I thought I had more, but I ended up only having 8 dollars. So I told the young man who took my order, “I only have 8 dollars, is there a way I can take stuff off? I’m short on money but I need food for me and my kids.” And he replied and said that he would pay for the difference I was missing. I asked the young mans name, and it was Dom. I got to the window to pay and I wanted to thank him so much, but he left to go do something according to the young man who took my money. Thank you for that, it means a lot to me. I hope he sees this eventually. Besides for that, my order was perfect, not a single mistake. The food was hot and fresh, and makes me wish I could afford Taco Bell all the time. I highly recommend this location!

Best taco bell around, always fresh and hot food and served fast. Not cheap on their space like some taco bells. I hate not getting enough sauce at other locations!

I’m very upset that I cane to Taco Bell and I can’t get my very absolutely most bestest loaded nacho tacos. Why would get rid of a good thing. Please Bring them back or I’m never eating Taco Bell again.nVery upset cUstomernCarrie

Just got food that was cold and definitely not fresh like the manager claimed. Bit into one of the beefy 5-layers and tasted something not right. Got attitude by the woman who was manager. 12:30am-1am in Monroe Michigan on Telegraph Rd. Not cool guys. Been going here too long for y'all to be doing this.

Me and the boys just ate a 12 pack each no regrets. Fantastic food going in. I expect nothing less than the same on the way out. This is America's Taco Bell.
