I just picked up a $50 order at the 23 mile and Hayes location and found out I was shorted one $10 gyro. Too far of a drive to go back. Please start checking your carryout orders before releasing.nnUpdate 3/16/21: The asst. manager emailed an apology and a couple of 10 dollar coupon codes to make up the inconvenience. Nice touch and it is appreciated. Just wanted to make that public knowledge. Thank-you.

We placed our order online while in the curbside spot willing to wait for fresh food. unfortunately my salad was wilted and dressing was not provided. Snackers good as usual i prefer the marinara. Though our curly fries were bottom of the bag tiny pieces. They replaced the salad included dressing it was much appreciated. Boyfriend said his olga sandwich was sloppily put together a bit soggy but he still enjoyed it. Not a terrible experience but not the best. Maybe the next visit will be better.

We ordered take out, and there was a discrepancy on my wife’s order (this discrepancy was actually our fault). I went back up to the store, explained the situation to Paul and he was very nice and very helpful. We had actually made a mistake, and Paul without hesitation remade the order how we anticipated it (even though it was the end of the night and he had to cook more food in a closed down station). Fantastic customer service, and we will definitely be back!

My family dinned in at this restaurant last night. I definitely had a sense that the employees were very welcoming. Our server Amanda was very sweet and was very attentive. The manager(Josh) made a visit to us which I feel is very rare these days in restaurants to check on us and was very professional and caring. The food was soooo good! My husband made a comment how clean it was there it felt like a new restaurant. Definitely recommend this Olgas off of 23 Mile.

My coworkers and I ate at this fantastic establishment today. After battling the snow we felt we’d give this establishment a chance for lunch. Our server Brendan was on top of it. When he was pulled away to take other order a dressed up fella with glasses gave us our food fast. Everything seemed in unison. Looking forward to to another stop here very soon.
