Went through the drive through and the young girl was super nice then some older woman started yelling over her when she was already helping me. Super disrespectful, I hope that girl doesn’t have to work with her every day.
The food was great. Hot and fresh. The chicken was fantastic. I got a variety of chicken and turkey sandwiches. All were very tasty. The staff was fantastic. Professional and fast and courteous. They were very friendly. This Arby's location is fantastic.
Cherry turnover was good. Chicken tenders and curley fries good to.
We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. We tried to leave, but this store has two lanes lined by concrete and the cars in front of us were blocking both lanes. When we got to the order station, it took a full 5 minutes before someone took our order. When I got my Market Fresh Turkey and Swiss, the outside of the wrapper was covered with condiments and some kind of oil. It got all over my hands and on the console of my car. When I opened it, they had used so much mayonnaise and mustard that it was almost inedible. It ran all over when I tried to eat the sandwich. It was disgusting.
I got a Reuben from here for st Patrick's day. They were running low on the rye bread because they had been selling them all day, but they went out of their way to make sure I got some instead of just telling me I was out of luck.nnThank you Arby's workers for going above and beyond
