Update: After several email exchanges with Chicken Shack, we decided to try again. I am so glad we did - we have ordered twice since then, and both orders were much improved over the four noted in my below review.nnOriginal Review:nSo disappointed... after over 20 years as loyal customers of Chicken Shack we are likely done. Four separate orders @ $40 plus each of overcooked, and what can only be explained as freezer burned food, is too much. I'm not sure if the recipes, product or staff training is the issue but it is unacceptable.

Excellent service the food was well cooked seasoned and piping hot. any chicken fried there is blessed because it went to chicken heaven. It knows it's putting a smile on the eaters face.

We LOVE this store, our order is always fresh and hot!nThe Manager Madison always makes sure we are taken care of and is always very professional and she generally cares about her customers. I pass many other chicken places to go here! ud83dudc14

The chicken was really good. It was ready when they said it would be. The cole slaw was pretty good as well. However, the potatoes, one of the things they are known for were disappointing. I even ordered an extra side of them! They were rather bland and not at all crispy on the edges. Overall, a total disappointment. Also, I understand that many places are offering limited menus due to the pandemic, but they have eliminated all vegetable options (other than cole slaw). Makes it hard for parents who are trying to take a night off from cooking , yet still provide some nutrition. I had to still cook a vegetable!

Chicken was so good! I bought a bottle of the barbeque sauce and it was a big hit poured on the chicken.
