I had my carpet cleaned in September 2020. Their extraction of liquid does not work. Three months later my padding was still very wet. I called to let them know and a woman took a message to have the owner call me back. I never received a call back. I would not recommend using this company.
Kevin came to clean our carpets and rugs this morning and he was phenomenal!! He was super duper nice, friendly, and funny. We enjoyed having him over to clean our carpets. He did a great job and he was professional. My mom had a stroke and he was respectful towards her and listened to what I had to say when it came to entering her room. Chris did a good job on my condo carpet.
The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable! They’ll he got all the stains out and the carpet looks like new! They squeezed me in and I will definitely use them again.
