Basement blowout after major rain surge. Great responsiveness in getting me out of a bind (torrential rain soaked up much of my basement carpet). Bill was great in getting his team assembled, and on point the day after.
I called 10 different places. Bill not only quoted me a price but completed the job before anyone called me back and most other companies had a week jump start. Also they take bitcoin which is a huge plus!!!!
My main floor bathroom flooded and went through the floor into my basement. First time dealing with a major flooding incident. Bill and his team were quick, professional, knowledgeable, and everything. Bill and his team went above and beyond at every point. Always answered any question or concern, and taught me a lot about the entire flooding process. I couldn't have asked for a better service and group of people during the time. Hope it all never happens again, but I know who I am calling if it does.
