I bought a vintage rug that I absolutely fell in love with. Unfortunately, once I got it home, the vintage smell was more than I could stand! Not only did it have an old mildew smell, it bothered my allergies something fierce. I tried just about every trick I could find on the internet to get the smell out, but nothing worked. My last resort was to have it professionally cleaned. If that didn’t work, the rug would have to go. I searched for rug cleaners online and picked Duo based on their good reviews. Well, I’m happy to report the smell is gone and no more allergic reaction! And, the experience was wonderful! They picked up my rug and dropped it back off a few days later. They were extremely helpful when I called with my questions and were so good about letting me know when they would be there to pick up and drop off.nnI will definitely be using their services in the future, and I will happily recommend them to others!
