Less than one star actually, but google won't let me post no star. I got home with my 4 hangers and then realised that the suit-pants were missing. I'm sure they fell on the floor in their store but they keep telling me I had 4 hangers, they don't have my pants. Seriously? I want them to look for my pants but I get a blank look like it's not their problem. I've used them before for my dry-cleaning and it was okay, but apparently they don't have any sort of customer service/satisfaction procedures. I will not use their services again.
I have been going to them for over ten years. They are miracle workers. If another dry cleaner couldn't get out your stains, all is not lost. Town & Country has salvaged many a hopeless garment for me. Plus, they have same-day service and on-site alterations and repairs.
