I had 1st Choice out to clean several large area rugs and our furniture. They were on-time, professional, friendly (awesome balancing my crazy dog and kids) and most importantly did a great job. Troy took the extra time to remove the burring on my couch after cleaning it (thoroughly). I love supporting a small business. You can tell Troy really cares about his customers satisfaction and takes pride in his business. The couch even smells great! Do yourselves a favor and call 1st Choice! It’s time to get those carpets/upholstery cleaned after hunkering down on them for a year in quarantine.
They are very professional and nice. I have not had a problem with scheduling either. I can call a couple days ahead of time and they a very accommodating and the price is fair.
I recommend first choice to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned! I have a messy Labrador retriever who has done a number to our family room carpet. Troy did an amazing job for a very reasonable price!!
Extremely professional. Troy was prompt to respond to my inquires and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job with getting all of my pesky puppy stains out. Upon completion, I was given a bottle of Spot Out (professional grade carpet cleaner) which he also, told me how to properly care for stains in the future. I highly recommend 1st Choice Carpet Cleaning!!
