We just had our carpets and bathroom tiles & grout cleaned by GTM. My husband and I couldn't be happier. Our carpets look brand new, and the bathroom tiles have never looked this good. The GTM Crew called 30 minutes prior to scheduled arrival time to confirm; showed up 10 minutes early. They were pleasant and courteous, moved and replaced furniture and were completely thorough in the carpet cleaning process. They were even equipped with a digital payment processor. I had pointed out a couple of stains, and they reviewed how the stains were treated before they left. A pleasant experience, will call them again.

I'd never use this cleaning service after I just saw how they drove on the Van Dyke Expressway. The road rage and unsafe driving by one of their service trucks was disgusting. Maybe rethink how you drive in your branded company vehicle next time.
