Walked in on Saturday afternoon 11/14/2020 ready to order $500+ worth of interior trim and casing for our house. Woman at front counter who greeted us was not wearing a mask and she directed us around the corner to speak to a man in the back who was also not wearing a mask. We turned around and left. Their website claims they are following safety guidelines when clearly they are not. I would be careful about letting them into your home for installation and measurements. If they aren’t taking this seriously in their business, I doubt they are in their own personal lives.

Bought base molding and wood paneling in excess of $6,000 that was delivered with a $200 delivery fee and stored in office building under normal temp. Wood developed cupping issue and proper install was impossible without a ton of rework. Called Bob and was told there’s no issue and if I wanted to replace it I would need to deliver it back and get replacement boards.nnThese are 16 foot pieces that you can’t load in your pickup bed. This is why I had it delivered in the first place and agreed to pay $200 for delivery. Now he wants me to spend a day renting a truck and trying to replace this stuff.nnAWM has some unique products but not worth the hassle. Go to a professional lumber yard and don’t deal with AWM’s second tier product and zero customer service if there’s an issue.
