I came through the drive thru today and there was a line wrapped around the building (i really wanted a Blue Raspberry slush so I got in line).nnI guess that their computer systems were down or something and they could only accept orders placed through their Taco Bell Application.nnWhen i finally got to the window the staff looked incredibly stressed, but they still greeted me and communicated with EXCEPTIONAL attitude and service. And I'm guessing they really weren't prepared for technical difficulties when they started their shift that day.nn*****Shout-out to Mike P. and the General Manager for being awesome and making this Taco Bell my favorite place to go forever and always.

Waited in like for 20 minutes only to be told they were only taking online orders. The way the drive through is setup you can't leave the line after the order window so was stuck in the line for another 10 minutes. It would have been nice of them to tell people before they got trapped in the line. Worst fast food experience so far. Would give less than 1 Star if possible.. like 5 moons assuming those are bad ud83dude02

Waited forever. Got cheated on order. Masks on workers were not covering nose.
