After forgetting a duct covering in my laundry area and blowing filth everywhere, they left without cleaning carpets due to an equipment issue. House had to stay disheveled (furniture moved from carpeted areas) for another day in order for them to return following day. They were clearly then rushed for jobs and did a terrible job on my carpets. They did not even move couches as I was told and I cannot even tell the bedroom and changing room carpet were cleaned at all. When I called about couches being moved and expressed dissatisfaction, they could have cared less. Very unprofessional and lacking good customer services. Would never recommend to anyone.
My husband and I were very pleased with the additional care that was taken by the three gentleman who came to work on our carpets. They helped us with our mattress which we appreciated. Both of us being in our 70s that was great help! They were clean neat even put a protective cover on our cabinet where the cord was going past. Thank you for your service. You earned a Class A rating from our home!!
The team was very conscientious and careful about my home and belongings, including my cat. They were all polite and friendly. They worked very well together and made it very easy for me. I appreciated that as I wasn’t sure what to expect for our furnace and dryer vent cleaning. Definitely recommend and will return as a customer in the future.
The technician was very thorough and worked very hard on our carpet. My only negative would have to be lack of communication during this pandemic. I wasn't sure that you were coming, as I made this appointment in early. march prior to this pandemic.I spoke to someone two days in a row to confirm my app. He said that someone would call and let me know. Otherwise my carpet looks and smells great.
We’re trying to wrap up a move to a new home in the Grand Rapids area. In all of the moving activities, you have to rely on others to make things happen. Some by choice, some by necessity.nnAmong those “others” who assist, there is a roughly 50 - 50 % split between those who actually help and those who don’t, or reluctantly do their job.nnJulie at Anderson Brothers Steamatic on Fulton Street in Ada made it all happen for us. There were five different rugs cleaned on a timely basis to coordinate with the move. Thanks for making it all happen Julie! And thanks to all those who worked on this out of my view.nnI would recommend you to anyone.nnFYI - With the stress of moving, this was a welcome story of good news I could bring to my wife. I owe you one for that!
