We called about a leaking air conditioner and the service man said it was a filter problem and he did not change filters. Left us a nice size bill and we had to call another company to fix the problem.

[[EDIT]]nAfter a few weeks, Rick Hanson did give me my money back, however I still feel like there was a lot of lost time and anxiety that I had to endure because of the overall situation.nI do have to give him credit for manning up and making things right.n---------nI talked to Rick Hanson and he told me he would pull my toilet to change the wax ring, as well as fix any problems with the floor and lay laminam flooring as long as I supplied the laminam, which I did. When they came, they pulled the toilet and I reminded them about the laminam. The workers called Rick and he told them to not mess with the floor. So I had to pay them to put the toilet back and now I have to pay someone else to remove the toilet again to install the laminam. I feel that them replacing the wax ring was for nothing because I am going to have to do it again in a few days. It was a total waste of time and money for me.
