The staff recognizes us before we even walk in the door and has our order ready. I feel like they provide a personal level of care.
We had a vintage, fringe suede jacket cleaned here recently. The jacket had an unpleasant, musty smell and some stains that we were hoping to get rid of. They did a great job! Stains and smell gone! Also, the leather is so much softer than when we took it in. The cleaning got rid of the stiffness from age. One pleasant surprise was that they re-sewed on the buttons securely. One had fallen off and was in the pocket and they sewed that on and resewed the other ones too. I highly recommend. FYI, leather coats can take several weeks to get back so don't be in a hurry.
I have been a customer for several years now. Recently I had a leather jacket cleaned. Not just any jacket, the RedWing jacket of my (deceased) Father. Well done Paris Cleaners. 5 Stars. It's awesome!
Had three shirts cleaned and pressed all of the shirts came back with wrinkles. This was my first time using Paris and will be my last.
