If I could do 6 stars I would. We came to Taco Bell after having a rough night and Miranda and Brian turned our night right around. The service was impeccable and they were super personable. They made ordering food more fun than the party we went to. Not to mention Miranda’s nachos that she made us, they were exceptional. This location exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning soon. Miranda and Brian deserve a raise. Thank you Taco Bell!

I normally order through here even though 9/10 times my order is wrong, it’s the closest Taco Bell to me so it’s just convenient. We tried ordering at 11PM but for some reason it states this place does NOT deliver to our address even though we’ve gotten delivery through our address which is 1.5 miles away a dozen times. It’s Saturday night so I understand it’s busy, but if the joint closes at 5AM you’d think between 11 and 5AM something could be delivered. We ordered through someplace else and probably won’t order online again since odds are it won’t be possible anyway even though this is our go-to place for food when we are drunk.

Okemos Taco Bell has been a favorite stop of mine for a decade. They've got good people working there. The food is the same Taco Bell food you get at any of their locations obviously, but I can't think of any complaints about messed up orders or poorly assembled food. Service is where they really shine - several of the employees I've encountered at this location have been noticeably friendly and polite - like to the point that it's worth mentioning, I mean. I like visiting this particular Taco Bell and plan to continue doing so regularly.

I mean, it's Taco Bell. You know what to expect food-wise, but this particular location always goes above and beyond to make your drive thru experience pleasant. They're friendly, fast, and get your order right. What more can you ask for?

Everything was pretty good. My only concern was they didn't fill the drink up all the way but other than that it tasted good and everything was pretty good.
