I have been coming to this laundromat for over a year now and it’s always been a good experience. I usually keep to myself and always wait in my car. I usually come Wednesday nights when the married couple is working, they are very nice. But TODAY let me tell you I was having trouble deciding what machine I wanted (I had bedding today) and I hesitantly asked Jordan for help and if I could give her more than 5 stars I definitely would!!!!! She is so kind and genuinely wanted to help me. I have come when other workers have been here and I’ve never had a bad experience but always felt as if I was bothering them but she was over the top nice. Her customer service skills seriously I just can’t say enough nice things about. I will 100% be coming here as long as she will be here!!!
it’s very cool and convenient to do all washing and drying through an app, which you can do here. (The app itself I’d give 5 stars, gives you points, alerts, tells you which machines are free, qr codes, the whole nine. Super easy to navigate) Also, they were nice enough to have an emergency laundry pod for me to use (my detergent spilled in the car somehow) at no cost to me. Lower prices on the dryers and more time on the dryers than other places. Clean inside, helpful staff, what more do you need out of a laundromat? I just came to wash a large comforter that was too big for my home washer. Great experience
Love this place, the only reason for 4 stars is because I often have to close and reopen the app for it to load a machine on my phone, but it's no biggie. Very clean and I like how the machines treat my clothes. They have 3 different size washers so don't assume the big ones are all they have :)
This was my first time here. And it’s fairly nice. They seem to do a good job keeping everything clean. However if you go bring a blanket and a coat it is freezing!!!!!! They keep the doors open in the front and in the back and it makes it so cold!!! Machines and everything worked good and laundry was fine other than being froze when I left.
Wonderful and accommodating employees, and low rates for laundry! No extra charge for hot water, extra wash/rinse, ect. I will exclusively be coming here from now on!
