Washer stopped working and didnt drain the water out of my clothes!nI had to pull my clothes out of the washer full of soapy water, wring them out, and put them in another washer to wash them again!nI wasnt offered a refund for the money I wasted on the broken washer!nHalf the time, the dryers dont work, or throw cool air, so I end up wasting money on the dryers too!nThis will be my last visit...It will be worth the drive to Houghton to do my laundry at a place that actually has working appliances!
I appreciate having such a clean, efficiently managed laundromat within walking distance of many people in our community. More large capacity machines is the only improvement I can think of at this time.
