Open on Sunday!!! Big nice store. Lots of plumbing and hardware. Surprisingly also has a liquor and food market in front!

Originally I was going to rate as a 1 star but I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt and a chance to improve - We had the absolute best service last summer when we rented and purchased multiple items for a major home project. The staff at the time seemed passionate and knowledgeable. We highly recommended this store to everyone because of the great service we received every visit.nnFast forward to this past month - I’ve been in the store multiple times and have had to look up many answers myself and feel like the current staff doesn’t want to be there or try to be much of a help.nnThere have been many times I have called ahead to confirm they have what I need or questions about a product and every single time I’ve been transferred to multiple people and once I finally get to someone who can answer my question - they make it seem like I’m the biggest inconvenience and didn’t bother to ask any further questions about what I need or even look into if they have it but would acknowledge that they did indeed carry it. So, once I arrived to grab the item that was confirmed - I couldn’t find it and was told that they didn’t carry that item or it was out of stock.nnI really hope the service improves because we love this store and I couldn’t believe this experience wasn’t just a one time thing.

Definitely the cleanest, brightest hardware store I've ever been in. Still loads of general hardware clutter, but that's a plus if you ask me.

If you ever need help finding something this is not the location to visit. Not that I'd want it since the only employee ever seen on the floor never wears a mask. The Houghton location is a day and night difference when it comes to help and consideration of the general publics health.
