Go there when I want fast food. I know fast food is not Healthy but Arby's is so good.
Where is the meat. There was more bread than meat. Also your french fries tasted like they were cooked in old used oil. Not happy at all.
The drive thru attendant was rude and condescending. She wouldn't answer questions and would cut me off in the middle of my order. I had a large order and wanted to ensure the order was correct. When I asked her to read it back to me, she acted like it was a burden.
I ordered 2 Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches. Both were excellent!nEasy to locate on Miller Rd.nEasy in and out!nI used the Drive Thru!nNo in-building dining,nso I had it in the car!nFriendly Staff!nClean grounds!nGood Neighborhood.
Rude employees!! As I am pulling up to the window I see the new $12 feast deal going on so I order two of those. I began to order what type of sandwiches I was wanting with the deal. Before I could even finish what I was saying, very rudely, 2 women employees came over the speaker talking over each other and said “You can’t change it!” (Meaning the sandwiches and I was unaware I couldn’t change the sandwiches on the deal). The guy who helped me at the window was very polite (Thank you!) but as I was getting the last of my food a women employee standing behind him was giving me a dirty look like I had done something wrong. The whole time I used my manors please, thank you and have a good day.
