Waited 25 mins for food and no apology for the wait and cold fries, didn’t even complain about fries because we were just hungry. Drive through orders were being taken care of as we were inside. Don’t plan on coming back soon

Literally brain dead! They can't get anything right. Be prepared to drive back so u can get your order. It won't be right after the second time you go through. They don't know the difference between horsey sauce and arbys sauce. The manager probably needs to be fired or needs to fire staff.

Just tried to eat at this Arby's. Sign on door says to call for your order. That's exactly what we did.... However the phone wouldn't go through. 2 employees inside ignored us as we tapped on the window to try and get their attention. There was no cars in the drive thru and they continued to talk to each other and it was obvious that they were ignoring us. Terrible way to treat your truck driver customers that cannot go through the drive thru. We will never stop at this Arby's for food again.
