Taco bell has always been a hit or miss. The concept of the drive thru was to provide faster service...but for some reason they can't get it right. Sometimes I've waited 30+ minutes waiting for a few items. Just keep that in mind when stopping there. If I'm going g to wait that long, I'll make my own tacos

That is supposed to be a Beefy 5 layer with Steak. More like shell with cheese! I didnt even see any meat until i was half away through. Even at that it was ONE bite of meat. Never again.

My quesadilla was put at the bottom of my bag under a power bowl and completely smooshed. The hot sauce I was given had blown open and was stuck together with dry old sauce. Why was this even handed to me? Disrespectful. I wish I could post a photo.

I always order a cheese quesadilla extra cheese extra sauce. They NEVER EVER put extra cheese or even any sauce on my quesadilla. Those cost almost $5 a piece. The order is NEVER accurate. The portion sizes do not reflect what the menu board shows. It’s extremely deceptive. If you do complain in person the employee shows a bit of aggression.nnUpdate: I boycotted this place since my last review. I decided to give them another chance and looks to be the same situation. I ordered a cheese quesadilla as always hardly any cheese no sauce at all! I could have made a cheese quesadilla at home. I like their quesadillas because of the sauce. I also ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and received exactly 7 little chewy old potatoes! Totally a rip off.
