Friendly staff and great food. I thought they were closing. But we walked in a greet with a smile. I been to these Bob Evans in the past and was happy to see new staff. I must say I wasn't happy the last time I was here. Three years ago. But I always feel you should give them another chance. I am glad I did. Thanks you to the wonderful staff at Bob Evans.

We absolutely love Bob Evens, but we will never be going to this one again! We order 3 breakfast meals (for pickup) and shame on me for not checking the order. The eggs for my daughter were under cooked and slimy, there was no sausage in my omelet (the omelet I ordered clearly states sausage), they also did not but any condiments we asked for, including syrup for the hot cakes( we even asked for extra on the special request). I called and explained to them nicely that they did not do our order correctly and forgot all the condiments and was told there was nothing she could do for us. So dont make the same mistake as me, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER!

Everyone did a Great job ud83dudc4fud83dudc4d The craziness these days doesn't help but everyone still had great communication and worked well with each other to get the job done the best they could. The manager on duty was all over the place and was just the best! His leadership skills and calmness were amazing ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4f

I order to go and delivery all the time and my order is never wrong and always amazing! Thank you!nnI order here at least once a week. My order was always perfect. Now the last few visits haven't gone so well. Toast missing or not buttered. Bacon hardly cooked. Missing gravy. Eggs cooked wrong or soaked in butter. The quality has gone down and the prices are too high to keep putting up with it.

Hostess never called us we waited 50 minutes to be seated after being quoted 20. The hostess insisted she called us but we just were not listening. I'm fine with mistakes just own up to them don't put your mistake on the customer. The manager got us a table after i complained at the 50 min mark. The manager never checked on us again and didn't do anything other than apologize and say the hostess was new. Our server who was training insisted we order in the direction she wanted regardless of some of us not being ready. So we awkwardly had to wait for the folks not ready to place their order befor she would proceed. The trainee spilled our a cup of hot chocolate on the table and handed me the rag to clean up. The trainer never addressed the drink spillage. We had to ask for refills only to have them miss half our coffee cups. They didn't bring out all our food and when asked about it the server gave us a snide remark that she didn't forget it it just wasn't ready. I worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, this is not how you treat customers. No other customers seemed to have issues with their service. But we were the only table with Asians... Regardless of their reasoning we will never be back to this location.
