Very friendly and professional staff ! I always feel like my visit is personal because they remember me and my account needs. I visit them a couple times a month, and cleaning services are always done very well and very fast.

Excellent job, Ellen the seamstress did an amazing job repairing my old army gortex jacket. Was told at some other cleaners on Beckley in the plaza that it would cost almost $200 for the repairs and dry cleaning, between Ellen and the dry cleaning at Heritage I spent around $70. Can't say enough good things about them, they are really great and did everything flawlessly.
