I am sorry to say that this cleaning service was the worst that I have ever had. There were spots all over the carpet that showed soiled spots after the carpet dried, it did look good while wet. The young men were very nice but the job they did was awfully quick I thought and the end result showed just that. I took a picture of the carpet and the brown slashes are soiled spots that didn't come clean and there are a lot more of them all over the carpet. I will NEVER have them here again. Another thing, the young man mentioned if I did a review, he would give me a coupon off the next carpet cleaning.....are they trying to buy us?? I doubt that this review is what he had in mind!
