Had some smoke damage in my kitchen,they dropped off an ionizing machine for three days,and it completely removed the smoke smell throughout my house. YAH HOO!!!!
Would not recommend. They caused severe damage by neglecting to leave things as found. Left my sub pump unplugged causing more flooding and tripped a breaker to my well pump and didn’t tell me about it and just left it. Absolutely appalled by their lack of common sense and care.
Had a pipe freeze and flood my home. Had servpro come in to clean up and demo home. First off servpro sub out demo work to clearwater landscaping. Then when they were packing up are belongings to put in storage they faild to keep thinks safe. Snow globes all where broken. 23 to be exact. End tables scratched. There storage area has rats and the rats ate holes in are livingroom chairs couches.nTalked to owner and it was like he didnt even care. Very poor service
The team from Sanford not only did a great job , they were very courteous and knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to minimize any impact to us and left our home spotless! Highly recommend!
