I worked with owner Greg on finding a house for nearly a year. He's patient, on it, and knows his stuff. Honestly, I bought my house over a week ago and he's still by my side, working out stuff with the contractor he hooked me up with, helping design things (he's a multi generation home renovator/landlord... full of ideas) and sometimes just checking in to see how things are going. It was a short sale on a tight tight budget... and he not only made it work, he made it fun. I just put in on another house through him! Stop thinking about who to go through and call Greg. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner!
