Jason made buying and selling a house such a breeze that we have worked with him to buy our first home, sell it, and build a new home. All three times, our experience was positive. We went under contract within six days of listing our home, and in seven weeks after meeting with Jason to discuss listing it, we were closing! Jason is both professional and personable. He helped us every step of the way, making recommendations for mortgage brokers, coordinating a phenomenal photographer, and responding to all our late night/weekend texts and emails. He was reliable throughout the entire process, made us feel like he cared about us, and was ALWAYS available. We do not plan to move again, but we would only use Jason of Cottage & Co Real Estate if we were to move.

Jason Bisson has helped me buy my first home then a few years later sell it and purchase our dream home all in a timely manner. He was always responsive at all hours of the day and even went the extra mile to help us with an in- between rental while we were homeless! He is knowledgeable about the market, the area, and the business aspect. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
