I have been a resident of Summit Terrace apartments since May of 2013. The quality of the units, and the convenience of all my everyday needs contributes to easy living. Grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and other retail and service businesses are all within a mile and a half.nWalking paths, and an ocean front park within a mile also enhances the total living experience.nI also need to mention the professionalism of the property manager Kyle Frazier. Whenever I have an issue or question, he has always responded promptly and effectively. He has definitely been a joy to deal with.nEvan, our young maintenance man needs a shout out as well. Service with a smile. His overall ability’s with most trades is impressive to say the least.nI highly recommend this Apartment complex to call home.nnBrian FultonnBuilding 115, apt. 86.

I have lived at summit terrace for about 7 months now and it is great. The buildings are quiet and very clean. The neighbors are great! We never have to worry about snow removal it is always very efficient. The apartment manager is great as well. He has always made sure to respond promptly to problems at the apartment and provided the best services. Highly recommend!

This place is built like a fortress. Sound doesn't travel well through these thick walls and that means you and your neighbors almost never hear each other. The property is regularly maintained and maintenance pulls through for big issues within days if not hours. Our apartment came with a balcony! It's lovely to be able to walk to either the beach or the grocery store if the mood takes us, and it's also lovely to live in a quiet community of people that keep to themselves.

It's been 3 years that my wife and I moved into summit terrace. We have had the best experience living here with our 7 year old daughter, in fact it is maybe the most child friendly neighborhood I've lived in so far. Kyle,the property manager is awesome to work with and always ready to help in any scenario.nTo all the new tenants, WELCOME.

I've lived at summit terrace on two different occasions. The first time for three years and then cam back and have been here two years so far this round and plan on extending my stay for a couple more years. Kyle the property manager has been nothing but top notch, and alway there for any concerns or needs i might have. Evan the maintenance person has been nothing but the best in getting any issue resolved promptly, and on more occasions than not has gone above and beyond what was needed. the location of the apartments couldn't be more ideal. close to stores, the mall and best of all a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend summit terrace as a place to live for anyone of any age. you won't be disappointed in choosing this location as a great place to make a home.
