Prompt response time. Very knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. Worked with our schedule to get out there to look at potential homes. Shawn was my broker for buying and selling a one-bedroom in the West End with consummate skill and ease. No stress at all. (My only mistake was not listening to his advice to rent it out when I couldn't stay in Portland, as it doubled in value in less than 5 years.)
