The counter person did not seem to be happy with her job. There was no greeting, she seemed to be miserable making my sandwich and didn't look at me or make any kind of eye contact at all. I got the Italian Herb & Cheese bread which was flavorless. The cucumbers looked like they had seen better days and I was questioning whether or not it was honey mustard or something else.
I was in the mood to try something new, I ended up ordering the southwest Chipotle steak and cheese. I asked for the sandwich to made as described in the menu no extras. I watched the person make my sandwich, clearly didn't know how to make it as she continued to turn around to look at the menu board. She asked if I wanted any veggies, I replied no, I want it exactly like the menu described nothing added. She even asked if I wanted it heated, well yeah it's steak and cheese. Maybe she was new? She went to wrap it and I asked what about the cheese? She said it's in there. I said I don't see it, she said she added to the steak before heating it. There was no cheese visible and non could be tasted. It was a poor experience, I would have given 2.5 stars but not allowed.
Can't even make a sandwich right you order it one way and get the exact opposite
It was busy but the 2 girls were fast and very nice
