This place always feels disgusting. Half the time the water in the bathroom doesn't work to wash your hands after loading laundry or using the restroom. When it does work it's a freezing cold trickle and the air to dry your hands after is also very cold. The coin machine to get quarters is almost always broken or out of order. And the last time I was there the card reader on all of the machines wasn't working. If zero stars waspossibility,that would have been my rating.

Half the machines are out of order and the other half ate are money. I dont see a phone number anywhere to call someone and i hardly ever see anyone working there counter in the back. If there was an option to put zero stars i would have. Not to mention the cleanliness part is bad very dirty..unorganized and the vending machine even is unstocked...

Half the people don't wear masks and there's no sign saying it's required. Also was unable to pay with a card because it said it was unable to communicate with the server.

Facility is clean, machines accept debit cards, most machines were functional or properly marked and well lit. The only problems that I experienced were 1. The machines are expensive. 2. There was no attendant to help when machines did not function properly.

Love that it takes cards, and it’s well kept up with a play area for the kiddos and a lounge area with a tv for long washes
