Lennar at Union Crossing

My wife and I have found Lennar to be very welcoming and serious about making a great finished product. We have been so happy with our first house we built through them and now we are on our second!! Todd at the model home is absolutely amazing and he as well as Lennar stand behind their product. Excellent customer experience without a doubt. Highly recommend it you're in the market for building or snag one that is already in progress and not sold yet!

Overall this is a super family-friendly neighborhood. It is still under construction, so that complicates daily life for the time-being. But #1 is location - 2 minutes to everyday shopping and SR 37, 8 minutes to Hamilton Town Center, 5 minutes to historic Noblesville town square, and 10-15 minutes to 2 recreational lakes and numerous parks makes this neighborhood a great place to live. East Noblesville is set to experience a lot of growth in the next 5 years, and by the time that happens this neighborhood will be finished and settled. For the builder, Lennar has done a good job of responding to my customer service requests. Our home was a spec home but still has upgraded features. The design is open and very well-suited for families. Things I would change in this neighborhood/design that would be worth the price in my opinion: more trees installed, fully sodded back yards standard, higher quality doors/hardware standard, heavier duty ceiling electrical boxes for fans/chandeliers/etc.
