Lots of hidden fees. And if you need to pay to get out of your lease early be prepared to pay up! it was $4,000. I lived there 2 years was on the waiting list for a new sliding door for 2 years because it would not open or seal properly never was replaced. Units are small and dated even the “remodeled” ones. Maintenance were the only employees who were pleasant and polite. Toilet leaked and caused the floors to get mold underneath and they refused to replace the flooring till we moved.

I have lived here a number of years and have always been very satisfied with the service given. The property is always well maintained. Staff has always been courteous and helpful.

Good place to live. Close to everything, but far enough away to still have the beauty of the area. Beautiful forest and trails right outside my door.

Greedy landlords that offer the bare minimum for residents. Definitely recommend elsewhere. Honestly im surprised anyone wants to rent through them. Maybe at 400 a month but they involve in illegal business practices and allow drug addicts to provide maintenance. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE
