Estates of Creekside

Estates of Creekside is a great place to live! The property manager and staff are all kind, welcoming, friendly and willing to help if any issues happen to come up. The new owners are doing a fantastic job at renovating all of the apartments. Not just the inside but the outside too. I love the fact that security comes through regularly. I feel very safe living here. I feel at home here. They are a pet-friendly apartment complex. And the apartments are close to the interstate, close to major shopping places and not too far from downtown. It really is a wonderful place to live!

I have lived at this apartment complex for 12 years. Stayed because it's a great community to live at-Quiet and the neighbors tend to know each other and look out for each other. Feel safe and comfortable walking my dogs at any time of the day. (Pet Friendly) Since we have become Estates of Creekside (Formally Creekside South Apartments) I am continually adding to my positive list for my reasons that Estates of Creekside will continue to be my home. Such as...Trash is being picked up...Maintenance is jolly on the spot...Security police...The hallways of the apartments use to be dark with little light-Have added lightbulbs...The snow removal was great! Were out plowing the roads at 5AM. Just walked thru the model and honestly-Can't wait to live in something so beautiful!! (My apartment has not been completed yet) They are currently cleaning the ground of dead trees and working on repairing the buildings as I type this. I am so totally impressed with Sam (The Property Manager) Can't say enough about how she is always so pleasant and professional. No longer have to knock to go in just open the door and you're greeted by Zak with a welcoming smile on his face. Honestly, I truly feel the best is yet to come. Can't wait to look back next January after they have been the owners for a year to see the amazing improvements that have taken place.
