First, I can't thank Summers enough for handling my emergency (busted water heater) so quickly and with such professionalism. Mike (Master Plumber) came immediately to assess and gave us a detailed explanation. We were put on the schedule immediately and work was completed . . . Looks Great! Thank you Mike and Thank you Summers for all the services you provide us.
I had Summers install a water softener that I had purchased online. Zac wanted to be sure that we drained it properly, as the salt can be corrosive to the sewer grinder pump that we have in our house. No other plumber was considerate of this. 5 stars for doing the right thing and doing it well.
Their heating and cooling technician, Ezra, came out in a timely manner, gave me a call 20 minutes before he arrived, and was friendly to chat with. I highly recommend using Summers. Also, I felt like I got a good price to have them fix my heating issue, which was taken care of in about 20 minutes. They gave a price upfront and suggested their maintenance plan. I appreciated their service.
Summers heating and air are the best. Eric H. has done our yearly service at least twice. He’s courteous and professional. He answers any questions we may have. At this stressful time he is careful, respectful and courteous taking care of our family as well as his. We appreciate the attitude of the company and its employees in taking precautions in order to keep everyone safe and well. Thanks Eric and Summers!
Eric was very friendly, informative and professional. I felt confident in his knowledge and work. I will use this company again based on Eric's performance.nI will add a note to the company though; someone should have called me to let me know he would be late. Instead, I had to call them to find out why he hadn't gotten to my home on time. It was an unavoidable delay and I understand completely but I would have preferred a call from them.
