Bought the Yukon 9 drawer work bench and surprised my boyfriend for his birthday! Was expecting an amazing work bench for the price!! Once he opened the box it was completely damaged. Ruined the surprise. Looked as if someone took a hammer to it along with chipped paint. I paid full price for a NEW bench not a returned one. Contacted the store and was useless. I do not have a car that fits the bench. They could care less, and couldn’t even ship a new one to me. OR EVEN COVER THE SHIPPING. Very unprofessional and completely disappointed. Just so you know, if you receive a damaged item from them they will not cover shipping. Ridiculous. Won’t buy from here again. 0 stars.
This place is great. Especially if you have a one day or one week job and probably won't ever use those expenses of tools you by for it. They have a good Selection of tools and Equipment to choose from.

A very disappointing experience to say the least. Drove here from another store 20 minutes away, in search of a specific tool box. Upon arrival, cashier at front desk said that they may not have it (even though we called 30 minutes prior at the first store to check stock). As she was checking stock and availability, her manager approached with an extremely rude and offensive attitude saying not to waste her time, the box I want is pre-order only and 2-3 weeks out. I acknowledged that and asked to check if any other inventory was available as I needed a box tonight. All the manager was willing to say is that its all 2-3 weeks out, all special order, and refused to even check their current stock, even after I stated several times that I wasn't fixated on any specific brand, color, or style.nnIn short, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and acted as if I was wasting her time asking what they had in stock (keeping in mind that I was looking for a $1000+ box) so I could purchase something today.nnA great example of horrible management and people skills. I ended up driving across the street and purchasing a box at Home Depot, as my experience with this manager diminished any desire to drive to another store.
