I had an issue being charged twice. Called and spoken to them in person. It was taken care of and I enjoyed going their for my carwash because it gets clean well through the machine.
I have the express pass, but sometimes it is so crowded, it is hard to get to the express lane quickly. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars.
I only gave 1 star because you are forced to to post, otherwise I would not give any stars. Went here this morning to have my truck detailed and the services were horrible. What they call detail cleaning is below standard. My truck is not cleaned.
I've been going here for years and although management has changed the guys I usually get service from are great. They make sure you are happy with your wash and help to the best of their ability.
Used this car washed frequently. Apparently this one time they did not wash the towels and I ended up with multiple scratches on a car thats only 1 year old. They told me they would show me pictures that the car came in damaged. They sent pictures that clearly were ot scratches but SNOW on the hood of the car. Rather than go back and forth I asked for the owner to contact me. Its been almost 2 weeks, still no contact. I've contacted the attorney General because I know for a fact mmly car was not damaged BEFORE I took it in for a wash because id just had tinted windows installed. It may cost more but if you want to maintain the integrity of your car, take it somewhere else.
