Clearly ,a bait. and switch operation. Their new name is VelocitynnI came in on Jan 2, 2020 at 10:31 am on Thursday for early bird mon-fri car wash. Sign was clearly displayed on side of building and on sandwich board near door for $7.99. When I went in, a young man told me that car wash was $20 or $15, if they wash the windows. This special started next week...nnI told them that it was against the law to do that. They didn't care. I didn't get my car washed and the city has been notified.nnI just talked to my doctor's receptionist and told her about my experience she claimed that they did the same thing to her as well. Unbelievable...
They were quick courteous and cool af. Definitely a recommendation. They not expensive either.
I called them before I arrived and asked them how much is it for a car wash with detailing. They told me I had to come so they can see the condition my car is in. I went there only to be told that they are doing exterior cleaning only ud83dude12. My car was NOT that bad. They could’ve detailed it. The gentleman in front of me got the full service (meaning a car wash and detailing) Basically he was offered that service and I was not! This highly unprofessional and I will NOT be back! Screw this place!
Staff was courteous, car wash didn't take all day, nice job, reasonable prices.
It's called velocity now and it's just has good car wash don't just take it from me get it from the customers who bring there cars.
