Excellent store. Very helpful. I am somewhat disabled and they responded to me like I was their best Uncle, with warmth and understanding. It truly is the helpful hardware place. I would return there with NO quams. The staff are top notch. See for yourself.

I told a young man we were there to pick up a lawn mower and he told us to go to customer service in the rear of the store. I told him my husband was on crutches and he didn't respond so we walk to the back of the store slowly where a woman started to help us, then a gentleman started looking for our mower. He finally found it, then had to find a cart to put it on. He took it out to our car and loaded it for us. I wish the young man would have gotten the mower and brought it up to us, but we made it.
