I live just east of Charleston. My water heater was leaking so I called them. They got here on time and had my new water put in and up to code in a very timely manner! I have used several different plumbers but I will be using McDowell Plumbing from here on out. Thanks again guys!
We live east of Shelbyville. This is our 2nd time working with them. We called them on a Friday. They said that they would call us on Monday to set things up. They called early Monday to set things up for the next day. They arrived early, completed the service quickly and were polite and easy to work with! Will call them with any future plumbing needs.
They came for a plumbing issue, fixed it and very happy with the work. While they were here, I mentioned an A/C issue, didn’t hesitate...looked at it and fixed that, too. Quality work and friendly!
WE FOUND THEM !!!! Pipes were leaking in the basement. You know that will only increase. We live in Sullivan, Il and could not get anyone to return our calls locally. You know what you have to do, go to the next town and look. MC DOWELL PLUMBING, HEAT & AIR called right back and then came out two days later. There is something to be said for a father and son operation. ALL GOODnPipes are fixed with NO annoying up-selling $$$. Price was right too. Sullivan, listen up there are people out there that still care about their business and they can be found in Mattoon. Thank you Bill and Pam
I had a sink drain that was plugged up and I couldn't free it on my own. First off, I called and they answered the phone. That's a big plus. Secondly, they were here very promptly and were able to clear the drain. The price was what I felt to be very reasonable. While they were here they were very clean, friendly, and courteous. I will call them again!
