Wash bay took our money but hose wouldn't spray. Lost 15 minutes of wash time on the last big truck bay. Then had to move to another & put more money in. Nobody on the property to get money back or tell about the problem.
Under New Ownership, and it shows!!!! I spoke to the new owner yesterday and they've been working hard to make significant improvements that have been long overdue. The previous owners were elderly and could not provide the level of maintenance that a self-serve car wash requires. I use this wash multiple times a week because of the convenience, and with me being elderly myself, I feel safer at this wash than others in the area. I noticed that they had added a few new brushes, but I hope they add some made of hogs hair. I always wash my brushes off before using them because some people do not care about others and use the brushes to wash their motors and leave them muddy and greased. He also mentioned the addition of new lights to the bays, and if you've ever used the truck bays at night, you know how bad new lights are needed.
This place has always been convenient location & workers are usually attentive when it's within normal working hours .
Very clean. No trash an good pressure
