Great service. Easy and quick to make an appointment. Bryan was wonderful. I needed a wobbly toilet to be secured. First he walked through the house answering my questions on various items. Then he investigated and resolved the wobbly toilet issue.nHe kept me apprised of potential costs depending upon what he found. Bryan was friendly, professional and very informative. Highly recommend.

Talk about efficiency! wow! I was able to set up an appoint for the next day. The next day they were able to come in early, a quick diagnostics revealed that we needed a new faucet. Bryan went through options and was willing to go and purchase the faucet and install faster than I probably could have made it to the store to pick out a new one! It was fantastic! Thank you for taking the stress off our plate. we will be recommending you to everyone! Huge thanks to Bryan as well- he's your guy if you need!

Had a broken pipe leading to the outside water spigot due to cold weather. Same day service and Bryan was excellent! He walked us through the issue and solution, step by step; knowledgeable, fast and professional. Cannot thank Mr. Rooter and Bryan enough and we look forward to working with you on future projects.

The whole experience was excellent. They were friendly when booking my appointment and made sure I knew what to expect. They called the day of the appointment to see if it would be ok if they came to take care of it earlier than planned - which was great for me! (Less time I had to keep my water shut off)nnWhen they got here they wore masks for covid precautions and wore booties to avoid getting my floors dirty. They were kind and explained everything to me.nnService was affordable, professional and fixed my problem. I will recommend to everyone.

Very professional and quick to schedule and get the job done. The job was done quickly and I felt that the tech had an excellent understanding of what was needing to be done and how to fix right on the spot. Cleaned up afterwards, which is majorly appreciated. Four stars given because I felt it was a bit pricey compared to previous hires. Would recommend for estimate and work.
