I normally do not write reviews, however I was just completely impressed with this company. I had a heater that wouldn't kick in and I called at the end of the day Wednesday, they were able to get me in right away on Thursday morning and had it up and running before 9 AM. They did a great job explaining everything to me, they were on time, and they had fair rates. Jim was outstanding and will definitely be using this company again. Thanks a lot!!!

New furnaces a year ago from Howe and one was not working. In less than 24 hours, Jim arrived to evaluate and repair. Ended up being a spider web creating an issue with heating properly. Jim was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and able to identify and repair the issue quickly. He did a great job of explaining the issue. Very pleased with this technician and Howe overall. Would use no one else for services.

I had my furnace and AC recently replaced by Howe. I am extremely impressed with Howe’s customer responsiveness, consideration of requests to be completed with the work order, competitive pricing, and professionalism of all employees I worked with. Additionally, they were very efficient and effective in the installation process. They were transparent regarding all work to be performed, taking any additional time needed to explain questions and address concerns. Their ongoing customer service is exceptional. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with them, including annual maintenance.

They were quick in responding and getting us a quote! We had to use them a couple times and they were very professional and quick. They helped talk us through what we needed and were transparent throughout the whole process. Would recommend!

Jarod made the whole process easy and painless. He addressed all my concerns and took the time to explain each step of the way. The guys who installed my furnace were friendly and professional. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend
