Clint G. was amazing. Very informative, polite, personable, efficient, and patient. I had originally called another company for an emergency check up on my water heater and they were going to take over an hour to come see. I decided to call one more place (Comfort Heroes) to see if anyone would be quicker and within about 15 minutes I had someone at my home ready to help. Will definitely be using Comfort Heroes for future services!
Clint did a great job and really added value! Not only did he do an exceptional job with the shower repair, he fixed our faucet, handles, water pressure issues, cleaned our sink pipes, and put a new clamp on our sump pump line. He also took the time to walk me through all of his repairs and explain prevention, all while being courteous and professional. Great experience. I’d recommend to anyone!
Brittani, the gal who handles the scheduling, was friendly & helpful. There was clear communication on scheduling & time frames from start to finish. The text messages they use made it quite convenient.nnClint, the plumber that did the work, was very friendly & knowledgeable. He asked both before the work & after if I had any questions. He also took the time to give me a few tips on how to keep the drains clear that are safe for the plumbing & easy.nnThank you for the great customer service all the way around!
