I called for a service, been waiting for service. called several times and they don't pick up. Left messages and no reply.. very disappointed they way its been handled.

Had leaky tub faucet; called Chris at 4pm and he was at my house by 4:30pm. Turns out that i have old outdated valves, so Chris had to drive back across town to Lewis/Smith supply to pickup the special fittings for my valves, then drive back to my house. Fixed leak in about 5 minutes. Nice guy, reasonably priced, and very knowledgable about old houses. Will definitely be calling him again for future plumbing and electrical problems.

I had a clogged garbage disposal and called Chris. He arrived within an hour and solved problem within 20 minutes. Nice guy and VERY reasonable!

We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday morning. I called several different places and no one was open. I found Mr Shirah’s information on Google and called him. He answered and came right out. Within 20 minutes he had our issue fixed! He’s VERY reasonably priced and extremely nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again and will recommend him to everyone! Thank you again Mr Shirah!!
