After talking to Mr. Atkins, I realized with the work load he had it was virtually impossible for him to immediately call me back. He did get to me in a timely fashion and provided excellent service at reasonable price. Thanks Mr. Atkins and I will be using your services again.

Heard wonderful things about this company from several coworkers in the past, however my experience was different. I had a plumbing issue two weeks ago on July 23rd and needed a plumber ASAP but it was 8 o'clock in the evening. I called Akins and got his wife who said she would put me on his list to see tomorrow.nnI never received a call back. This was just my experience but I've heard stellar reviews from others, so I'll assume that this was a bad day. My issue was fixed the next day by another company but I think I'll be a little hesitant to call Akins plumbing again.
