Ron and Rita really know the Lake Wedowee and Randolph County real estate market well. I've bought and sold several properties with them over the years, and have been very happy with them. Ron went and continues to go above and beyond to help. I can’t stress how amazing he was in helping us out. Without Ron’s help we would still be looking for our dream property. We are from out of state and had difficulty finding a Realitor that was willing to help until we got in contact with Ron. He worked hard to accommodate out wants and needs. When we found the property we wanted he made the purchase process so smooth working with my wife and I every step of the way. If looking for a great realtor Ron is your man.

I was extremely happy with the care and attention that I received from Ron and Rita Young of Wedowee Lake and Lands. They were instrumental in the sale of my lake house in Wedowee. They were extremely knowledgeable of the area and the current market trends. They also provided references for contractors to help get my house in the best selling condition. If I was not available to be at the home when a Contractor was coming - I could always depend on Ron or Rita to make themselves available to be there. They work great together as a team and provide different perspectives that help you to understand what potential buyers would be interested in.
