We had a large carryout order. Everything was wonderful! We got a ton of extra fries, food was not soggy or lower quality of when dining in. Take out containers maintained the temp of food without making anything soggy! Well done, Red Robbin!!
Absolutely FANTASTIC service! Put in large take out order for my job, went in to pick it up and all the employees were super kind and paid a great deal attention to our special requests. Will definitely be back!
My Burger was great. I can't fire sauce was runny. The people were welcoming. What I didn't like is calling to place and curbside order and going through the telephone for everything and then being disconnected and having to call them again. I couldn't understand the person on the phone she's normally speak Spanish or some other language and I had a hard time hearing or understanding her.
Great service our waitress was fantastic
My burger was cold up pin receiving it. Also, service was slow to begin with. Took about ten minutes to get a waiter to ask what we wanted to drink. The onion rings had no flavor, but, the ranch was good. We left more than half of the onion rings as my daughter wouldn't eat them with no flavor.
